            How does it know what to say about my gym?

            During setup, Plyo has a short conversation with you about your offer, prices, eligibility, hours and preparation instructions, then you review and approve the result. It answers from that approved profile, not from guesses or old website copy.

            Will it text parents at all hours?

            No. Plyo works the hours you set and respects contact windows. Opt-outs are honored immediately.
